This class is aimed at those who are interested in improving on their strength, stretch and stamina. All the Pilates principles; concentration, control, centering, flowing movement, breathing and precision are all brought together along with the five areas of the brain; intelligence, imagination, intuition, memory and the all-important will power! WARNING: If your spine is injured or vulnerable, join when you are better or seek out for a Private 1:1 Session.
